The crayfish Austropotamobius pallipes and the Life Claw project will be the protagonists of two important events organised as part of Slow Fish, Slow Food’s international event dedicated to fishing and the protection of fish stocks, which will be held in Genoa from 1 to 4 June.
It will be possible to participate in an educational workshop for children and an outdoor activity for adults and children.
